More often than not, I am overwhelmed by the complexity of our world.  I use art to make sense of the state of my being and my place in this world.  My emotions become clearer and my feelings become more apparent when they are translated into a visual form.

This is what art is for me.  It is clarity. An insight to the truth of the universe and the clarity of thought that is able to be captured in a physical form. 

Every day is a gift, and the beauty I feel, I try to express and share in some way. I believe there is a lot of beauty in this world that needs to be felt and recognized.  To me, art does not need to look beautiful to have beauty.  It is the truth and honesty in artwork that is beautiful.
